Kasey Boles

I have been helping buyers and sellers in the Boise and surrounding Treasure Valley area since 2004. We are knowledgeable in all facets of residential real estate including foreclosures, short sales, new construction, land as well as investment and multi-family properties.

We love helping people achieve their dreams and financial goals whether it's helping them purchase their first home, their last home, their dream home, or through finding the best income and investment properties for them. We have moved several times ourselves so we can empathize with what a trying and exciting time moving can be. We have also owned investment property ourselves and understand the importance that real estate can bring to a financial portfolio. We've been there; we understand what you are going through on a personal level. At the same time, we have the business experience to help you through the process on a professional level as well.

We are low pressure and do not consider ourselves to be "salespeople." Our goal is to listen to you and to help you accomplish YOUR goals, not ours. We don't want to sell you a house, we want to help you find and buy the perfect property or home for your needs or market and sell your property so you can move on to what is next for you.

I am an Idaho native and love no other place more than I love Idaho. I also am the mother of my two sweet daughters, Annie & Claire, and a wife to my awesome husband and partner in real estate (and life) John Boles. We have the best dog in the whole world, Roy, and in our free time enjoy reading, the outdoors, camping, hiking, and traveling.

I have also been a member of Intermountain MLS Bylaws Committee, Ada County Association of REALTORS® Committee (Chair for 2012) and on Ada County Association of REALTORS® Bylaws Committee (Vice Chair for 2012, 2013, & Chair for 2014). Ada County Association of REALTORS is now known as Boise Regional REALTORS®.
