The property is surrounded by Forest Service land and fenced. The cabin overlooks the meadow and to the east across national forest land. The water system has been put in although there is no hot water heater. There is no power to the property but it is wired for electric. The owner used a small generator. The stove is propane and a wood burning stove is used for heat. It does not have year around access although there are groomed snowmobile trails all the way from fish creek. Wonderful recreation!
