Timbered property with views of the Clearwater River to the east. This is valuable habitat for wildlife including whitetail deer, elk, turkey, and bear. The property is fairly steep and has been logged although there is still areas of thick timber and lots of regrowth with flat areas for building and rolling terrain on the very top. The county road follows the property on the western edge and cuts through it towards the bottom end. The Clearwater River is located approx. 1/4 mile to the east.
